Throughout his life, he has overcome significant obstacles, including gang influence, incarceration, racism, and poverty. Even as a teenager, LaShaun’s natural leadership abilities propelled him to spearhead organizations and take on influential roles. Over the years, he has continued to lead in sports, social organizations, and professional settings, thriving in positions where strong leadership is essential.
