FITNESS AND PERSONAL TRAINING
PHOENIX FITNESS TRAINING CENTER is a high-quality, low-cost private gym. There are no membership fees. We currently offer small-group personal training sessions (4-5 people) and individual training sessions. Experienced certified personal trainers carry out themed sessions ranging from cross-fitness, body sculpting, and strength building. Individual sessions are specifically client-centered to meet your fitness needs.
